You just described my first experience. It is not a wank for me actually but I slept with it in my underwear. The inevitable part was a surprise for me too.

Interesting to hear, as I thought I was the only one who found ladies pvc shower caps a turn on ! I love the smell of them and when a woman with lots of hair has it tucked inside one making the cap swell up. I also love using my vacuum cleaner on "blow" setting, and inflating the shower cap up with warm air, then rubbing myself with it. I can’t say I have an attraction to plastic shower caps generally, it’s just that it was the only soft plastic available in the house. I am sure that my liking for plastic stemmed from bed wetting as a child and the inevitable vinyl bed sheets and plastic pants it involved, although I have no recollection of these things now. I have no attraction to nappies (diapers) or baby wear, but a pair of plastic pants on bare skin is a delight. I also like cold or hot plastic. Getting all hot and steamed up is lovely but also the feel of cold vinyl as I move, often I like to get very warm and damp then exposed to cold which is a lovely feeling.
