First get aroused looking at pictures or videos of women in macs or caning bottoms (or both) then go face down on the bed (rubber sheet optional) wearing only a plastic mac and/or plastic pants. In my mid to late 20s, my "bedsitter years", after work I'd change into what I thought of as my "wanking outfit". shabby trousers and casual jacket topped off by my plastic pacamac. Who needs to masterbate when there always seems to be men willing to do the honours? When I need attention I just go to a pub or cafe waring my SBR mack and Aquo high boots and it doesn't take much effort to pull a bloke.

Nearly always wear plastic panties, popper ones are my fav, then depending on mood depends on which cagoule to wear. Then normally a toy or toys are involved.
