My instagram page seems to have gone a bit wrong. I can log on fine but when I try to either search of click on a video (reel) all I get is a multi coloured line going across the screen and nothing changes - any ideas?
I’ve looked online but most advice is for the app not webpage and I don’t want the app as I prefer to view ‘in private’….. I cannot view my account screen either (to log off or ‘clear’ anything) as again this coloured line moves across the screen.
Maybe my phone is too old?
