Only 5! lol, well I'll try, Farmerrain heavy duty rainsuit, Guy Cotten heavy duty rainsuit, Vinco 27 vintage oilskins, OMP kart wet suit, and it not strictly rainwear but my last pick would be my Aquala all rubber drysuit, if I could only keep 6 ithems from my collection the last one would be my unlined PVC chest waders.

I have too many to choose so I'm gona brake the rules and say my fav 6

Image

Red grundens atlas jacket. This is my personal favorite for regular wear. It feels lovely and supple, light and rubbery, it's matte but still has an odd shine to it in the right light. It's got a great aroma and both the wife and I look great it it.

Green Peter storm nylon jacket. Smells wonderfully of pvc and perfume, picked up dirt cheap at a car boot. Reminds me of a coat I used to wank in as a teen.
It has many uses, I love seeing my wife's cleavage when she rides me in it. I love wearing it on backwards and having the hood over my face.

Yellow/blue reversible coat with shiney yellow and matte blue with yellow stitching (absolute oldest favorite type of coat) One of my earliest memories are of a full length one I'd snatch to masturbate in.

My kayak kag. It's nylon outer with a rubbery inside that is so slippery and smooth, it rustles like crazy and never really gets too hot or uncomfortable so can be worn for a long time next to skin.

Image

Black shiney jelly jacket. Not much more to say it's shiney, its soft, it's super sexy. I really like when my wife wears it as an under garment with a corset over it and then another coat.

Blue industrial style coat. Bought it on a whim, was in the collection for a long time before we even used it. Tried it before going in the sell pile and became one of our faves. It's got that odd matte but shiney thing going on my grundens jacket has. It's supper soft and rubbery and has the nickname "fuck coat"

An honarable mention goes to the shiney black double breasted mac from PUL, an old batch that came up too big and was so yummy to swish the miles of plastic about. But it's not in the best shape these days and need replacing.

So that's 7 but I'll stop there as I could probably show half my collection and give a different reason why it's my favorite for different sex positions or outings or outfit combos.

@reversiblepete: great pictures and explanations, nice to see some coats have so much behind them making them special for you.

That yellow reversible raincoat looks great, beautiful shine on the yellow. Is that a friesennerz raincoat? Read some article about it some time ago and it gave some historical information about those coats making them sound special. But now that i see that shine i can understand they were popular in the past: absolutely beautiful.

Yes I'd say it's a friesennerz style coat. The yellow blue reversible coats are my favorite coat to see in its wild practical usage. Always found it unbearably attractive on women.

We have a fair few, mostly a rayon blue side and pvc on the yellow. I have an amazing rubber yellow side one but it's perishing on the pocket. We have some other colours and patterns although the patterned ones are too small for both of us. Most of the really nice finds are in smaller sizes. Always on the hunt for the larger sizes.

Not sure on the history but it's deffininatly inspired a lot after. All the offshore raincoats based on the style then companies like stutterheim. Last few years top shop and supermarkets have made jackets in the style which is lovely to see rainwear be more popular and seen out and about but the soft pu and comfy linings don't quite cut it next to the real item but can't complain, we live next to a popular festival site and seeing all the ladies in them with hot pants (So look naked) and wellies is a rather nice sight. Guess we won't see that this year though.
