Country walk in the rain

Post by JanetandNick »

The weather forecast looks lovely for this evening - heavy rain!
So we thought we'd go for a country walk - wellies and shiny plastic macs (not much else).
Rainwear lovers welcome to join us.
Near Malvern, Worcestershire.

Well, it was only light rain, but I had a lot of fun with 3 guys anyway.

So, are you saying you got rather wet in spite of your sexy plastic mac or perhaps partly because of it. Wish I could have joined you.

Funnily enough, I ended up being wettest inside the hood....

Would love to join you before too long. I may have bought some plastic macs from Nick via in Ebay in past years. They're still going strong, I am happy to report. I had a wonderful Saturday in rain-sodden Derbyshire, wearing a see-through grey plastic mac. The great joy of this one is that it comes down to the floor. Like you, I got wettest inside the hood, but I was sorry when my time was up and had to head home to London.

I suspect you may have got wet inside your hood for a different reason from me!

So it wasn't just raindrops that kept falling on your head then? Intrigued to know what rainwear the guys had on.
