Hi all. Recently joined
Am from UK - 50+ yo married male , wife not into rainwear
First taste of plastic / pvc was early 70's when my mother had a couple of see thro platic macs.
As a boy i enjoyed stripping naked & wearing them ( and a nylon overall she had)
Later life have managed to own a clear plastic mac as an 2emeregency" in the car, sadly it tore & had to be thrown away.
Recently bought a Cotton Traders long Pac a Mac nylon (with coated inside) raincoat
has brought back a lot of pleasant memories.
