I found these shots of what I presume is some sort of parade in the Far East. I thought it may be one of the 'Rainy Day Parades' that they put on in Disney resorts when they all wear clear plastic macs but perhaps it's something different? Surely there will be videos that go with it, I'll keep searching.
The mans site is well worth a look anyway
