Melany Bessa is the best one - a reporter who actually ties her mac hood on properly.

It does seem that Brazil is a good place to see raincoats (pvc and nylon). I wonder if Gary could get a bulk order from there. I note that the Gazeta reporters from the Sao Paolo region have the programme logo on them.

Never really thought of importing from South America? its hard enough dealing with China so starting over with South America might be a bit of a tall order, not sure whether they actually produce raincoats down there anyway?
