I bought the suit from here:

The suit is a PROS and is wonderful! The suit is soft, shiny and warm. I want to get a few more in different colors.

That would be a draw back for you if you are looking for that smooth, PVC feeling.

1) I tend to wear my rain wear in cold weather (it was 50 degrees here in Dallas yesterday) so having the cloth backing on the inside helps with warmth. After all it is a foul weather suit.

2) when I am looking for what you are looking for (a nice, smooth inside) I just wear one of my latex rubber maid uniforms and it feels nice to me.

I would not pass up buying this suit: it is colorful, very sturdy and I guess you could wear it inside out. It seems someone here has a thread on that sort of thing so doing that is not unheard of.

The suit does have a fabric backing however if you wear a rubber bloomer suit underneath it no one will know the difference!
