PVC Raincoat on ebay

Trying to find out what the quality is like, how thick is the pvc, is the pvc smooth or textured on the inside and outside, do they size small?
I've asked the supplier but don't get any real response to my questions, but , LOL, they can sort out any problem before negative feedback is left.
