I bought one of these Ponchos/Raincapes from Ardmoor U.K.
This company is web based only.
The raincape is not the same colour as illustrated on the website
Green version
From Ardmoor website
These are from Seeland website
Orange version
Image taken from Ardmoor website.
I purchased the Orange version.
It is more flurorecent orange than is shown.
It is a heavy cape and should be waterproof though it has not been tried/tested as yet.
Those who know me on this site know I use raincapes for protection of camera gear and this will cover that very well.
I will post my own images when I can.

Re: Seeland poncho
Addendum to review
This cape has now been worn in wet weather.
As stated above it is heavy and is waterproof.
If you are expecting a noisy rain cape I.E swishy or the likes this is not the cape for you as it is nearly silent when being worn.
This cape was expensive (£70 79 euros)
But it is good quality and you get what you pay for.
It should last a long time when worn.
Images too follow shortly.
