I have one on order as well. Could do with it today, poring rain and blowing a gale so much it's shut the container port down.

Have mine now and enjoying the rain today in it.
For the price the quality is good. I was surprised the inner lining to the hood and jacket is vinyl and not cloth. It looked like cloth in the picture.
I'm thinking of getting a couple more as I tend to get my jackets caught and ripped at work.

I bought this jacket from E bay UK

Yes it is quite thick pvc and appears well made. It does not have a zip and fastens by press studs only.(These can pop open easily)
Under light rain shower conditions it is waterproof.
Though under extreame conditions (I.E under a hose under pressure) water did find it's way under the coat onto clothes.
Not a bad cheap jacket but beware it may let water in via the press stud area

Water does drip straight off the PVC
