I bought this jacket from Amazon UK about a year ago.
At this time it was the bargain price of £18 (Now on Amazon £70-80)
It is definitely waterproof as it has been worn in heavy rain and windy conditions.
This jacket is fairly lightweight.
Fastened by both a zipper and steel poppers.
It has a detachable hood again fastened on with steel poppers and tightened with a drawsting through the hood.
A good work coat and as a general waterproof jacket.
