East Anglia - Plastic Mac Dom

I am looking for a plastic mac wearing dominant, either male, female or TV/TG who might also be into wearing wellies, rubber gloves etc both indoors and outside (not mandatory!)
I would love to be dominated by them and made to wear whatever they wanted, treated like their "son/nephew" (not AB) and bathed, put to bed and taken out publicly.

Dont get me wrong, love being a submissive to any one in Plastic or PVC Macs, cannot get enough, and been very fortunate to be so, but sometimes i do think how it would be to Dom and get my own way and have them dress for my pleasure xxx
