Look nice, never had an oilskin cycle cape, only the PVC version, and that was back in late 60's

I have a heavy yellow PVC one bought from all places Wilkinsons (Wilko's)
It does smell and feel nice

Yes that is where my yellow pvc cycle cape came from about five years ago.
Cost 50 pence at that time!

Used too watch our French assistant at my school in the 60's cycling into school wearing it. Always wished she had nothing under it. She was hot
