The chatroom works OK, although there was no one there at the time - I could see conversation from a (short) chat earlier though.

What about organising regular chat time/days along with including time zones so there's no confusion?

I would have one/two big regular chats every week but if people want to talk every day, that would be no problem either

I think its great Paul has responded so positively and the chatroom works well, apart from Ive never found anyone in there, Ive seen people have been but never aqctualy been there at the same time

To be fair Ive found this with nearly every chat room Ive been in, as others have said we need to organise ourselves so Paul's efforts havent been wasted!

I seem to remember that the lovely Patty hosted her chat room at 10:00 pm on a Sunday night, even then it wasnt well populated and didnt take off
