Hi Phil

I use Windows 7 at work and windows 10 at home and both are fine, I think its probably more to do with your browser? not sure which browser you use but you will need to make sure its up to date and it should work fine especially on a desktop PC.

More problems, I thought I would try to log in to the site using my e-mail address and password and it would not recognise the password so I tried 'forgotten your password' and it tells me there is no account for my e-mail address!?

Regarding the browser, apparently Internet Explorer automatically updates itself?

Hi Phil

Unfortunately we were unable to import all of the customer details into the new site. You can browse around the site and when you check out you can create a new account or check out as a guest user. If your Internet Explorer is up to date it should work fine.

Regardless of the website, I can find my way around it no problem. I do however want to thank PUL for the incredible service. I ordered 3 capes before Christmas, and 2 of 3 of them arrived on Christmas Eve. The third one was ordered about a week after the two.

I can't express how fantastic the PVC feels as it almost looks and feels like rubber.

I already have two of the 50's rain capes and love those.

Thank you again for the wonderful service and wish you all at PUL a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
