Lidl raincoat

Post by plasphil »

LIDL raincoat on e-bay already. This person must have bought a couple, gone straight home and put them on e-bay for a £10 profit, how desperate can they be!

Yes and the two stores I've been in had loads of them, so not sold out.

By the way they are really nice. A bit longer than a lot of the plastic macs sold in New Look or Top Shop. Very slinky PU and a great hood and pockets.
they do come up a bit small around the shoulders. I bought one in both colours in size 18 and it's fine (so long as you don't have anything on underneath). I'm normally in a size 16 or even 14.

I know what you're saying Phil, but if people think they are worth what's being asked then they'll buy them, if not, they wont

By the time they've paid for P&P, eBay & PayPal fees not going to be much left of that tenner

Not trying to defend it just another point of view

Who says that they bought two?

Probably just trying to make a quick buck. The same happens with other Lidl non-food items, in the shop for a couple of days then sold out.

The advert does say '2 available' but of course they may have bought more?

Perhaps some blokes would rather pay the extra tenner to avoid being seen at the checkout buying a plastic mac.

Looks like they haven't sold any yet, maybe if they add the fetish word they could add another tenner

Well I went to Lidl Monmouth on the off chance - and they had two different styles.
Both lovely, so I just had to have one of each.
Size warning - do try them on, these are Lidl sizes.
I'm a 14, and I had to buy 18s. Even the size 16 wouldn't zip up over a pullover.
Photos soon.
Thanks for the alert!
