I don't understand, that coat is sooooo gorgeous and sexy, why would you not want to wear it out in public every chance you get?

I believe the lady is scared of comments and I know there is no need as my wife has the same mackintosh and gets nothing but praise.

Ray, may be right but all I know is that ladies like compliments. At least the females I know.

And, to comment on valenteen's addition, a mackintosh does not class her or him as part of a fetish and I don't think it does.

She should n't be shy of wearing it out and about. I had Weathervane make me a 3/4 length jacket made of the same wonderful rubberised black satin
material and often wear it in London. I like wearing it at this time of year when it's quite dry as I don't like getting it wet. When fully buttoned up, the rubber lining builds up quite a nice heat and keeps me really warm whist giving off that lovely rubber aroma!.
