Usually and this was about a year ago now when I last ordered from them the item was dispatched with in 48 hours and by Royal mail in the U.K.
I did not have any problems but it sounds like things may have changed?

I've just had a despatch notice. They've completely ignored my 2 e-mails requesting a change of size and have just gone ahead and sent the original order. Very poor service. They don't seem interested at all.

I've just received my order from Rainmac, a navy nylon that I ordered for the wife but the nylon is more stiff than I expected and I don't think she will like that. I'll have to be extra nice to her before I show her this one.
It is Teflon coated that is what makes them stiffer than other nylon macs.
