Elements Rainwear

Post by plasphil »

Not been on here for a while, mostly due to problems in the 'real world', but I regularly read the posts though I must say it's somehow a different forum these days but thankfully still here.

I thought mention should be made about the hard working Gary and his PUL team as they seem to be having some success with the Elements brand at the moment. There are quite a lot of pictures out there of their wonderful raincoats in the range which appears to be appealing to the 'retro' ladies. If you search you will find a few blogs with some very complimentary comments which hopefully will lead to more sales and hopefully for us, more sightings on the high street.

Hi Phil

Thanks for the mention, yep we have spent a load of cash on models and locations promoting Elements Rainwear with the intention of making it a mainstream destination for Rainwear. We are making progress but still have a long way to go but it is encouraging to see other mainstream shops jumping on the PVC/PU bandwagon. As you all know my main intention is to have every woman on the high street wearing a PVC raincoat and we will keep going until that happens!

So what you're saying is that you want to make it as hard as possible for me to walk down the road without loosing it;)

Oh what a wonderful world that would be.......... but what about the guys? Surely we should want everyone to be wearing this wonderful article of pure sensual delight.

Hi Phil, good to see you posting again :D

Gary and the team at PUL are obviously working very hard to re-introduce PVC rainwear on to the High Street, I've also seen a few blogs which show this - I'll post details when I can

Pleased to see from my Twitter account that Elements Rainwear is continuing to achieve traction with the young vintage clothing community, at least one of whom posted a picture of herself giving her new mac a twirl in the rain at Goodwood Revival.
