being 6ft , 2in tall i had the same "wet knee " problem , but i solved it from the other direction . i have 2 mackintoshes made extra long so that the hem of the mackintosh comes 2in below the top of my hunter wellies . one mack is rubber lined cotton by Weathervain , the other is pvc by PVC-U-Like
