That's a bit sus. I've only ever used the one eBay account for 15 years now.

i suspect it is the same person under a different name because of the models used for the raincoats. also i recall the negative feedback such as a smoke smell.

Yes he has gone under several different names, all of which allude me at the moment. He did have a shop, well more a store-room next to a fishing tackle place in Stoke-On-Trent, since that closed he has traded under numerous different names.

If you really want to know the answer then why not contact them directly as they are the only ones who will definitely know
There’s usually a “contact the seller link” on listings
Or if you think they are breaking eBays rules report the seller

Re: ebay raincoat seller under different name
I've had a couple of accounts for more than 10 years, nothing sus about it and doesn't break eBay's policies
I just use them reflect what I'm buying and selling, although I have kept the same user names over that time

I visited the shop above the fishing tackle place several years ago and it was an Aladin’s Cave for mackintosh enthusiasts and it’s a shame there’s nothing like it now. There were macks and magazines and accessories to suit all tastes and nothing smelt of smoke! From memory I bought 4 mackintosh’s all at very fair prices, one of which is now one of my favourites, it’s a very heavy long rubber lined Weather or Not Mack with a very wide belt and throat strap..clearly it was bespoke for a serious enthusiast!
