What is this google search you speak of? Is it available to everyone? Is it difficult to master, are any special skills required to use it?

I wear a pvc raincoat everyday no matter what the weather
Even in the summer I will alway have it with me as I live in the Uk and evening get cold I don’t own any other coat but my raincoat.

how often ? every time it rains or looks as if it's going to rain i wear my navy rubber lined cotton hooded mackintosh by Weathervain , with wellies if the rain is nice and heavy
