Hi Travis, I'm Ok here; just very bored & depressed though. We are in the midst of a strict lockdown here and it is anything but fun.

Sorry to hear about the depression - I can empathise. Linda is well, I'm receiving physiotherapy at the moment (long story) but getting there...

Sorry to hear about the depression - I can empathise. Linda is well, I'm receiving physiotherapy at the moment (long story) but getting there...
Ahhh bugger that - Same here lol. I had a badly frozen left shoulder last year & I was doing physio twice weekly plus 2 x hydrodilatation injections into my shoulder. I have 98% movement back but still some residual pain so I'm seeing them once every 6 weeks now.

How about you?

Due to lockdown, treaatment is limited but I have a set of assigned exercise to do daily...
