Hi Steve,
Yesterday there was some rain during an hour in Amsterdam (Holland )
I saw on the webcam on a busy square in the city (Koningsplein )a lot of people , at least30 men and women at at a time.
I saw 1 (One ) PVC cape.
5 Umbrellas.
The rest had no protection .
Greetings , Peter Dutch rainwear observer .

looks like a wet day today. Saw a group that looked like tourists, with a few properly attired for the weather. One shiny 2 long nylon macs.

Hi Stephie,
I've recently started a new job in the City and whilst our business wear has to be very boring, with the number of tourists currently around it has been quite eye opening to walk round the Tower of London etc and see what great reainwear other countries have to offer. I've seen everything from plastic macs / raincoats to cagoule type tops and other coats as well especially over the last couple of days.
What a pleasure it's been. Must remember to slow my walking pace though to more fully appreciate the sites.
