I recently made some ice cuffs for wrists and ankles.

The ice cube seals the cuffs shut until it melts, which is about an hour and a half. 😀

The longest I ever wore plastic pants continuously was 30 hours. Didn't smell great after that if I'm honest. Mostly for me it's between 1 and 5 hours, at which point the "personal pleasure and indulgence " gets brought to its natural end.
I never pee in them. Tried it, didn't do anything for me.
