Reaching the age of the occasional leak/dribble has made me wonder whether one would be permitted to wear proper waterproof pants (rubber or plastic) if one had to go into some sort of care home-or would it have to be some modern form of disposable, padded protection?

I rather think that many still do-and make a decent living out of it.
