Anyone apart from me get totally turned on by playing together in full foul weather mountain waterproofs, hoods up? Would be great especially here in West Wales!

My Adult Drykids Puddlesuit has a hood which (as required for kids of course) has no drawstring, and just a couple of very short elastic strips as a gesture towards keeping the hood up. This really does not work and is a major letdown on an otherwise well made suit that would be exciting to wear ...

Here in Wales I've been so grateful for my Peak X16 long down filled goretex coat recently, and also my RAB Resolution.

What has anyone else been relying on?

Looks like a great hood on that really long coat. What is the make and model? Slightly similar to my Mountain Range jacket.

Will definitely be out in my lovely nylon waterproof puddle suit again today.
But out in the back garden sorting out my shed.
Hopefully it will rain really heavy like yesterday's showers.
Was fun getting my nylon suit nice and wet with proper rain.
