Just saw the new blade runner and was struck by how many of the extras *were* wearing pvc/plastic raincoats. No long clips but enough to suspect that somebody in wardrobe was really into pvc

What an amazing concept. I'd love to know how they came up with the idea.

There does seem to be some rainwear, but mostly on males, as far as I can tell

It's great that everybody's wearing plastic raincoats on a brilliant sunny day! Doesn't seem to happen so often in real life
