It's probably the 1950s PUL style of plastic mac.

If the choice is rubber or tight lacing then it has to be rubber. Rubber lingerie under a rubber dress with a rubber riding mack on top.

If it's my own fetish, then it has to be either a translucent black plastic mac or a navy blue nylon mac over an expensive dress or skirt suit.

I guess for me, my era would be any decade from the 1950 up to 1990 when it's about plastic macs or from the late 60s onwards for nylon macs.
