Seeking an elusive metallic grey pewter shiny mac

Rainwear fans, I need some help please!

I am looking for a shiny metallic pewter trench coat or rainmac, and I’m struggling. I know there are some glorious 100% latex coats out there which look fantastic but are less functional and do not take kindly to stormy weather.

Ideally I am looking for a ...

@Sagaris2020 These photos are glorious! You look absolutely stunning in your shiny black PVC and those long locks are Rapunzel-esque, magnificent!
It must give you such a thrill turning heads as you walk down the street suitably attired in the rain...I will keep an eye-out for you!
Stay shiny,
Will

Re: Amsterdam, where it all started (pvc coats)

To me, this is better than any story, so great to read! I love that when you saw that girl in her shiny black raincoat, something stirred inside you, and it awoke your love of shiny PVC. And that girl became your wife! Wonderful. It sounds like you have had plenty of lovely rainwear moments and I ...

Re: Rain in the UK

Heavy rain in London today. There are quite a few colourful nylon raincoats out and about and the odd clear plastic umbrella. I've yet to see any shiny PVC / vinyl / plastic rainwear but I'm hoping there is still time!
Has anyone worn their shiny rainwear out or seen others wearing it today?

Re: Pvc motorcycle rainwear

Hopping onto this thread as I'd love some help - I'm trying to find some motorbike gear (specifically made for bikes) in glossy material, either gloss coated kevlar or some sort of patent leather. I know they existed about a decade ago but haven't seen any at all, and cannot find anything online ...

Suggestions for UK-based male shiny rainwear fan

Hello everyone,

With all this wet weather, it is time for me to upgrade my raincoat.

I'm looking for suggestions for a long waterproof raincoat that is lightweight and ideally has a shine to it. Stutterheim Long Opal is fab but a little to heavy for what I am looking for. Farmerrain are equally ...

Re: UK General Election

Angela prefers shiny black PVC rainwear - there was a lovely photoshoot of her in The Times or Sunday Times a while back - well worth a google! 👀

Re: No more PVC in public?

Whilst the days of ‘pure’ PVC are gone, I was pleased to see a lady dressed to shake away the Monday morning blues.

She had paired a pair of shiny black jeans with a black trench coat, both PU I think, but she still looked wonderful!

Reaffirmed my belief that there are plenty of people who enjoy ...

Thank You!

To the lady perfectly dressed for the elements at Kew Gardens Christmas lights today, thank you!

Your shiny hooded red vinyl trench coat was resplendent in the colourful lights, water droplets glistening on the material.

You have restored my faith that there are real people who wear shiny ...
